Ensure all items are in their original, un-skated condition with tags attached and decks still in shrink wrap.

Contact our support team or visit our online portal to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Securely package your items and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping to our warehouse.
